Bad experience on customer care desk

My wife and i were doing our usual shopping on Sunday 28th of July @ approx 13h20 - While shopping she noticed a competition for a dishwasher at the Washing Powder section and decided to enter - While a bit strange was there a note to advise clientele to enter at the Information Desk - After paying for our groceries we decided i will hand in the entry while she would go to the car so long - Getting to the Customer care desk evidently the Information Desk i got in the que while the staffmember was busy filing in slips for another customer in front of me - After waiting for 10 minutes with 3 other Pick and Pay Employees pushing in in front of me i requested to see a manager - Please note no attempt whatsover was made to even acknowledge my presence during this time - - Rudely i was told go to security if you want to see a manager - I was filled with utter disgust and walked out to store but afterwards decided to draft this note as we as South Africans have become just so complacent by excepting bad service - The store is obviously poorly managed with only junior staff in the visibility of the public - Explains the group bad share performances i would say...
