Normally going to a branch of any bank becomes a mission and most people with rather blow torch their hands off but my experience was superb. Jay was welcoming and helped me with every question I had. He went out of his way to explain uncertainty and made it his business to understand me as a client. He made life easy when filling in my forms for the various changes that had to be done to my platinum account.

Jay is truely an asset to the Absa Barclays group as client services and integrity is what I look for in a bank rep and I have certainly found it in Jay. He attends to my mails timously and always gives me the advise I require.
