On the 24/01/2014 I went to the customer care desk at dischem to replace a card. The lady who was at the desk (white, mid 50's) wasn't interested at all in helping. From the moment I greeted her, she didn't even bother to lift her head from her computer screen. She kept on asking me to repeat myself whilst looking at her PC screen. The only time she looked at me was when she handed me a form to fill and ask how much my purchase was worth. I was so furious I left without even making a purchase. Treating customers like they are an inconvenience is uncalled for. I have no plans of returning to this shop anytime soon.
