I Mrs Chetty (Indian race) I recently opened an Ackerman's account at the Randburg square branch and was sent a sms saying that the account was approved and I should pick up my card. On the 26th April 2013 i visited the store at 15:45pm where I asked someone to help me pick up my card. When I did go to the customer service desk the lady by the name of Lettah told me they need to send her a fax and I must wait for it she then spoke to her college in another language (college name is Dineo) and they both look at a me and laughed and they walked away. The lady Dineo then looked at me in a very strange way. The staff at the store never smiled there was no customer services at all. They treated customers as if they are doing us a favor by helping us. I was then told to wait for the fax and the lady left; I waited 20minutes before the lady Lettah came back and then waited another 10minutes for the same fax. This is disgusting, I always wanted an Ackerman's account because I've got a newborn baby and Ackerman's is known as the baby company but now I regret opening the account if I'm going to be treated this way.
