New Set Up Not Customer Friendly

The new setup the Menlyn Mall MTN store is not customer friendly. Firstly you have to stand in a que that queing from the outside of the store. There are no proper markings to show the customer where the service desk is and the consultands are, and there is only one person at a time at the service desk and if he/she walks away to help other customers the rest must wait the que, even if its just for enquery. And the number system of theirs is also not effiecient.

We appreciate the new look but it is not working. Can there be at least markings to show the service desk and consultant. The waiting chairs can they be arranged in such a way that we can see who was first. and If can there be at least two people at the help desk when the store is busy, so to avoid unnessessty ques.
