Today 29/10/2013 I received a black card from Call Direct. Calling me part of a unique client group. Also in the letter it states ("Ons vriendelike, kundige Leningskonsultante help u graag")

I am looking to buy a motorcycle and thought why not get a loan to buy it cash. I phoned them, went through the whole process and was told I was declined because my credit record do not meet the minimum criteria. I asked the "kundige Leningskonsultant" what the minimum criteria is, his answer: "I don't know"

KUNDIG?

Well I was promised that his team leader will phone me back within 15 to 20 minutes. That was at 19h25 and its now 19h40. Mmmmm "KUNDIG"

There is so many rules broken with this according the Consumer act.

1. I didn't ask for this BLACK CARD
2. Your "kundige" consultants don't have an idea what your T&C's is
3. False advertising: "Die blote feit dat u naam op een verskyn, Mnr..., plaas u in 'n baie unieke groep kliente"

If I am part of a unique group clients, why am I declined?
