Slow Lounge Access Fee not Refunded

After contacting FNB Premier and escalating the query for further feedback, I still get told that my Slow Lounge Access fee will not be refunded

I swiped my cheque account card when accessing the lounge as this is the account my salary is paid in (looking at the criteria that there should be a minimum of deposits into this account) all my purchases goes through my credit card and NOT my cheque account

So looking at the criteria, the was enough deposits done into my cheque account but not enough purchases as I use my credit card for this purpose (which exceeds the R5000 spend)

I cannot understand why you cannot look at the complete portfolio but instead look at the one card being use as I meet the complete criteria on both my cards

I find it rather disappointing that this is how I get treated when raising a valid query and just get brushed off

This is the only benefit I use as a platinum card holder and still get charged for it
