Good Day
I have experienced an unfortunate and "minor" incident and as a result had to lodge a claim. I directed my problem with photos to Wndy le Gros a claims person on Friday 25 Oct 2013. I did receive a "out of office" message. It is now 10:10 on 28 October and I have yet to recieve a call, any confirmation or any other communications from Alexander Forbes.

I find this unacceptable that due to "ONE" person being unavailable that the entire business comes to a "Halt" and my claim and action has gone nowhere.

I require urgent attention to this issue
