Bad service - BMW Insurance

This is 18 July 2013, accident happened 19 April 2013 I have not been refunded 3 insurance premiums after the accident even when the claim was repudiated. On top tools and battery were when I collected the car from Hallmark salvage. BMW/Alexander Forbes is not doing anything about it just because the claim value is very high close to R400K and BMW/Alexander Forbes/Guardrisk is not willing to pay. Can someone from BMW/Alexander forbes tell me why you say

"AF Securing your financial well-being"

"We have one of the lowest repudiation rates in the industry. This means we find reasons to pay your claims, and to ensure that you are protected against financial loss."

This is hypocrisy the public must know that this is false when it comes to paying you look for reasons not to pay, you do witch hunting. I am suing you for this statement.
