Alexander Forbes Insurance
Disgusted by Bad Service or Rather Lack of Service!!!

I have submitted an Insurance Claim to my Insurance Company Alexander Forbes to get my car fixed and I have been waiting for a month now for the person handling my query Abdul Davids to get back to me regarding my claim. Everytime I call him or take the time out to get into my car & use my petrol to go to their offices he is never available & I have left him countless messages with his assistant & not once has he bothered to get back to me. When they did eventually get back to me they had lost all the documents I had submitted & I had get into my car again & use my petrol drive to submit quotes that I had already given to them & now I'm on the 2nd week of waiting for them to give me feedback on what is happening with my claim & no is one bothered to advise me the customer! I'm so HORRIFIED by the disgusting service that Alexander Forbes has rendered to me, is this how you treat your loyal customers? I'm definitly going to be taking my business away from you because I'm sure there are other Insurance Companies who would love my business!!! DISGUSTED
