Third Party Claim - the worst service ever

My car was in an accident in late August with a lady who holds a policy at Alexander Forbes. We opted to claim from her insurance as we were not at fault. It is 3rd October now and Alexander Forbes have proven to be the one of the most incompetent in processing claims. We started emailing Alexander Forbes as regards to the process since 3rd September. We been yet to come across one person who is able to give half decent service. A total of 16 emails have been set all but one unreplied which was details. 18 Telephonic calls have been made. Three sms were received two of which with what appears to be incorrect information

1. The three people who dealt with the claim N .Dirading, W.Ferreira & Mkhabela Tevin William claim that they will come back to you. They never do.
2. On Friday 27th September. We were informed they will forward a settlement. Only to phone the 1st & 2nd and be informed they have LOST the file. No courtesy call to apologize and inform. NO they expect you to make all the calls.
3. They continue making unfulfilled promises.

I have left the last note with a manager Mrs W.Groenewald whom i hope will set an example to her totally incompetent staff.
