I cancelled my Discovery Insure Policy 2 months ago. I contacted the call centre to have the DQ tracker removed and appointment was set up for the following week for 28/10. Nobody pitched or even phoned on the day of the appointment. All I received was sms before hand to remind me of my appointment. maybe you should also send them to your technicians. I contacted the call centre again and they apologised profusely and rescheduled the appointment once again to 05/11. On the second appointment I get a call from the technician to inform me that I am too far and he is not prepared to drive the distance. I ONCE AGAIN contacted the call centre to report the matter. promised to phone me back. I contacted them again on the 05/11 in the afternoon and it is now a week and I am still waiting... Please can this MATTER BE RESOLVED ASAP AS I WANT THE DQ TRACKER OUT OF MY VEHICLE
