Never Invest with Alexander Forbes

Alexander Forbes is by far the most incompetent Financial Services Provider I have ever had the unfortunate experience of dealing with.

Even emails to the CEO of the company (Edward Kieswetter) do not warrant a prompt and efficient resolution of a problem.

For months, Alexander Forbes have been incapable of resolving an issue which an employee within their ranks have created.
Their "Head of Tax" who hides behind this title (I do not know their name) has met with SARS, and their feedback is that they are waiting for SARS to provide them with further feedback.

The senior officials have zero compassion or understanding for the situation at hand, and the impact it has made on me.

I will never invest with Alexander Forbes, and I dissuade anyone I know from investing with them.

All I want is for SARS to correct the mistake made by Alexander Forbes. In order for that to be done, someone from Alexander Forbes needs to drive this - this is not happening.
