I sent through my claims for doctor's visits to EssentialMed. One of these visits included blood tests, which I provided the documentation for. When the claims were paid out, only the consultation fees were paid out, and not the blood tests, but I didn't receive any documentation detailing why. On the 4th of October I emailed the claims department asking to be provided with a reason why the claim is still unpaid. On the 15th of October I had to email again asking for a response. Yesterday I sent a 3rd email asking yet again but I'm still being ignored. EssentialMed seems to be in the business of ignoring its clients since every time I've contacted them I get an automated reply and am then left hanging. This has happened on numerous occasions and I'm getting sick of being treated like an inconvenience. I'm paying you to provide a service, not pretend I don't exist.
