Claims rejected then paid to D

I am seriously not impressed with Momentum, I saw Dr PG Williams on 18/4/2013 for my Asthma, which included lung function tests, granted the Dr's accounts department made a mistake by putting in the wrong ICD10 code, I contacted the Dr's accounts department and they rectified the account and resubmitted to Momentum for payment under PMB, the account still remained unpaid, Dr's accounts office contacted the claims department for feedback and spoke to Fatima call ref:175568966 of which she stated that there are no benefits and account will not be settled by Momentum. I settled the account on 6/7/2013. on 16/7/2013 I received my claims statement just to find that momentum has reprocessed the account and has paid the supplier, causing a double payment... this is now an inconvenience on both my side and the Dr's accounts department as now we have to try get a refund on the account?

I have supporting documents if needed.
