With four outstanding accounts with our GP, and many calls at our own cost, Essentialmed and Essential 1 Doctor have yet again made a false promise to pay our outstanding accounts! I am sick to death of complaining, calling, worrying. Everytime we enquire whether the accounts have been paid, the date changes, with more promises of payment! And to boot, my husband got attitude from Corinne at Essential 1 Doctor today over the phone.
I emailed Essentialmed on the 16th October 2013 with a list of queries and to date, still no feedback, once again false promises.
Does Essentialmed and Essential 1 Doctor not value their clients? Dont they follow up on their clients requests, payments, emails? Why should we follow up weekly?
This has been going on for too long and we would like a Senior Manager to sort out our discrepancies as a matter of urgency. Our faith in Essentialmed is totally lost and if termination of contract was an option, we would do so but unfortunately its not as i am currently pregnant and needless to say i DONT NEED THIS STRESS! I cant take it anymore i would also like the name of a tribunal who can assist with my complaint and mediate a solution.
