BAD FEEDBACK AND TIME KEEPING ON CLAIMS

At first we had a few problems when my wife had to give birth to my child we had to pay the hospital upfront and said we will be able to claim the money back then my newborn had to go to icu and they at first wanted us to take him to a state hospital which we obviously refused and they then told me they will cover some of the funds which I believe will be another headache we have send them the required documents for the claim and some of the statements of blood tests etc and still we didn't receive any proper feedback or claims we had to make another plan to do some payments and all of this is catching up with my finances and my reputation. I wouldn't EVER recommend someone to use essential med services
