NO FEEDBACK ON BLOOD TESTS

On 19 July 2013 I had an appointment with Dr Carine Minders. She wasn't quite sure that was wrong with me so she requested some X-rays and blood tests. Today is the 6 August 2013 and she hasn't called to tell me my results of the blood tests. In the meantime I've received the account for the blood tests. Why should I pay for the blood tests if I don't have the results yet??
Seeing a doctor is far from cheap and with all the consult fees, x-rays and blood tests and prescription medicines the costs I've incurred are about R1836. The doctor hasn't had the decency to return my calls that I've left with the switchboard operator. The least the doctor can do is call to give the results instead of leaving patients in limbo not knowing what is going on. If she doesn't have answers then she should at least be professional enough to make the call and tell me. We pay a consultation fee for their service but we don't get service. Should I not be entitled to a refund???
