Yesterday I contacted Nedbank Amex, I needed proof of payment, as I had done an EFT into a suppliers account, within a few minutes the lady Palesa had sent me everything that I needed, including a statement and proof of payment, which showed my account and the account I transferred money into, and the amount. Today I called for a similar reason, but It was for a payment made to groupon. They need proof of payment in order for me to receive what I had purchased. The call center agent said she cannot supply me with that information, she doesn't know how they sent me what they sent me yesterday. She cannot email it to me at all. Now why yesterday could it be done and today it couldnt be done? I then asked to speak to a supervisor which took 20 minutes I eventually dropped the call. I will definitely be changing banks!!!
