Despite payment proof, my order is still on hold

Order No. 9895798 refers from Jan 11th 2013. I paid for this order through Standard Bank Autopay on Kalahari's site when the order was placed. I received a confirmation mail from Kalahari. When I queried the order a couple of dats later, status was awaiting payment. I called and spoke to Jacinta, who requested I email proof of payment through. This was done, and acknowledged by Shifaa. The following day I received another confirmation mail from Bohemia confirming receipt if the proof of payment. The order was to be expedited there and then. Yesterday I check on the status and it is still showing as Payment required. I called and the call centre requested proof of payment again, which I duly re-sent. Today I receive an email to say that the order is to be cancelled if not paid within 5 days. I re-sent proof this morning. This is utterly shocking and disgusting service, not something I receive when buying from Amazon. Fix this TODAY!!
