I have never experienced so many problems at one company
It is not the 1st time that i am writing a report (COMPLAINT) about standard bank/

I was there on Saturday morning for my Contract Saving money to be paid over to my Access account which was suppose to take an hour to reflect in my account according to Vuyo. Saturday passed i phoned call centre, Sunday came i phoned call centre to transfer me to Greenacres branch and they failed to do so.

This morning i went there at 09h10 and asked Vuyo what the delay is and he's reply was i dont know but will sort it out. he logged a call and told me I MUST WAIT ANOTHER DAY!!! i then asked for the manager whom was not there and they got Vicky to assist me, but she ran to Vuyo FIRST without asking me what the problem is and wanted to know from his FIRST.

As i explained my situation she apologized saying she is sorry and will sort it out immediately and get back to me. ITS 15h07 and did i get a call from the bank as promised??? NO!!! because the dont care.

i am sick and tired of the pathetic services and problem. if they not offline its this excuse then the next.
I am changing banks
