I would like to take this opportunity to thank Charles, Vuyo and Neo at FNB Randburg Mall. My bag was on the 7th of Aug 2013 and all my bank cards and particulars were inside the bank. I rushed to the Randburg branch screaming and went straight to Vuyo's desk. Vuyo assisted me sincerely and so did Neo. You can imagine how i was feeling at that time but my interaction with these people was stress-free. They both acted promptly to block my account.
