On 02/04/2013 I called in at eThekwini Municipality as we had no electricity from early hours of the morning. I had spoken to Vuyo stating that my neighbours had called earlier in the day requesting this to be sorted, I then enquired as to when will the engineers be coming to fix the electricity. Vuyo then said "if you decide to call now what do you expect" I then explained to her that I was at work and wouldn't be able to call however my neighbours had called in reporting the same.she then raised her voice and said well I should give her the ref numbers - I then told I wont be able to because I didn't ask for the ref numbers. she then said I am clueless. I told her we pay for the electricity and she said like who doesn't. furthermore she asked me if I know what her title is? I told her I don't know and in actual fact I don't care as I need electricity. I then informed her she was stupid as she does not how to assist clients. I insisted to speak to her manager, she stayed on the line hoping I will disconnect and she then transferred the call to someone else. who then assisted me well and was able to see my neighbours complaints throughout the day. I feel Vuyo does not deserve her jo
