African Bank
Debitted twice on extension loan

In December last year I went to African bank and received an extension on the current personal loan that I had. Upon signing the agreement, I was informed that my usual monthly payment of R691.99 would be reduced to R586.66 per month. You could imagine how impressed I was, and signed the documents accordingly, however while online this morning, I noticed on my bank account that I was debitted for BOTH amounts? Really? During the month I called African Bank to ensure that I ONLY have the R586.66 to pay, they confirmed this..and now I'm charged for both. I WANT THE PAYMENT OF R691.99 REVERSED TODAY! I have other financial obligations to see too urgently.

Very Disappointed!
