Eversal of debit orde

Made arrangements on the 15.02.2013 for a loan not to be debitted on the 25.02.2013, african bank still debitted the account, thereafter called the bank and spoke to customer service supervisor lerato thema and was advised that i will be refunded by the 26.02.2013 to date i am still waiting for this refund my account is now in overdraft and the bank will not pay for the bank charges thou it was neglience on the afican bank. also when i called on the 25.05 & 26.02 the customer agent answers the phone confirms all the information and thereafter puts me on hold for over 10min which is so frustrating
