My debit order date for my loan repayment has been set for the 28th of every month, as per my contract that i signed.
2 days ago (the 25th) my account was debitted, but there was not enough money in the account as I have not yet received my salary; so obviously the debit order was refused.
The next day (the 26th) my account was debitted again. Same story.
I am very upset and angry about the bank charges that I have incurred (Over R200) as well as the bad reflection on my credit record.
I contacted African Bank on both days, but recieved no feedback/response.
This is the WORST service I have EVER received from a financial institution.
