Good gone bad

My insurance has recently increased my premium so I am looking for alternative quotes. I was quoted by First for woman and they gave me a good rate, cheaper than my current. However as soon as i mentioned that I would just like the opportunity to get quotes from alternative companies the consultant rudely said "OK BYE" and dropped the call on me! Instead he could have arranged a call back in a couple days. I was happy with the quote and just needed a little time to mull over it and make sure I am happy with all the details (ie check what my current excess is etc) but now I've been left with a sour taste in my mouth. As the consumer I have every right to shop around and make sure I am getting the best I can get. I also work in the sales industry and understand the frustration of people shopping around, but it all boils down to service. I fully intended on going for the quote offered to me because I really was happy with the initial service I received but now I can't be bothered
