Incompetent and underhanded

I have always had good service from African bank and have had numerous
loans over the past 6 years. I have an umblemished record with regard to repayments with most of my loans being settled early.

I also have current loans with African bank.

I was contacted by African bank and offered an additional loan with an option of settling a
loan from another lender and consolidating into a new loan from African
bank.

I went through the whole telephonic approval process and was informed that
the deal was approved and that the money would be paid out within 48
hours. The legally binding telephonic conversation and agreement was
completed and concluded in full. I then received no payment, rather a call
2 days later requesting bank statements etc. Then I received a mail
requesting a copy of my ID. That is the last I ever heard..To date no one
has contacted me and informed whether my approved loan has been paid or
not.

I would like to add that I complained to [Email Removed] on the 22nd of August 2013 and am still waiting for a response.

Thankyou for you terrible service African bank. You approve loans and renege on payment.
