FNB Insurance Brokers
Claim

My cellphone was on the 7 September 2013. I opened a case the Monday and sent everything to FNB insurance brokers. I went in on Friday, 11 October to find out whats happening. I then found out my claim was authorized the 30 September already and no one bothered to call me. Today is the 17 October and still no cellphone. And they refusing to give me a different handset even thou i am willing to pay extra.
