Claim for damaged lapa was logged but no feedback

On Saturday night, 28 September 2013, my mother's lapa was damaged by a storm. On Sunday morning, 29 September 2013, I contacted the call centre to the report the matter.. On Monday morning, 30 September 2013, iI contacted M&F call centre to aquire the claim number. To my surprise did nobody knew of this claim. A new claim was registered by Sheldon with claim number 121665722.
On 4 October 2013 when i have heard nothing from M&F, I contacted them again and was told that the claim was being administered by Esti Mini but she was not in for the day
On Monday 7 October 2013, I contacted M&F yet again and asked to speak to Esti. She confirmed that the claim was registered by Francois Snyders and a contractor will be sent to the property for a quote on the repairations.
The contractor did visit the property and I contacted them again on 14 October 2013 and spoke again to Esti. She told me that a letter has been sent to the broker Hettie from Pinacle Brokers.
After being kept still in tyhe dark, i contacted Esti yet again on Monday 21 October 2013 and was told that the claim has not been approved and she will sent me the letter. I have't received any feedback up to now.
