I was in an accident on Monday the 9th of September 2013, I registered my claim the Tuesday 10th of September threw my brokers. Since then its all been one mess!!! But here is my story that Wednesday a Guy phones me at 20 30 at night saying he wants to tho my car of course I said NO because nobody informed me the next day Juan Botes called me and said he is in charge of the claim and he will keep me up to date which by the way did not happened after servile calls he didn't even phone me back one the Friday got a call from the assessor explaining to me about may car then not knowing were my car had had to phone and asked were is my car so yet to hear from the panel beaters they waiting for authorization I had sort that out myself as well then I get a call from Eunice saying she has taken over the claim but up to this day nobody called me and I (don't know what is happening with my car. You just don't get any service from this insurance.
