FAILURE TO FULFILL A PROMISE/ BAD SERVICE

On the 20 October 2013 i was involved in a car accident and on the 22nd filed a claim with FNB insurance. Its been 3 weeks since the claim i made but this Nadurs Roos guy who promised me the first week that the following week my claim will be finalized but until today i don't have a final feedback from him. when i call him in his cellphone like he said i can, hes not answering his calls. I will strongly warn new buyers of vehicle not to take insurance with FNB Or IYWIZE. when you take up the insurance they promise you heaven and earth service but come the day you need them most they don't deliver. The service of this Nardus Roos guy is pathetic.
