FNB insurance continuously debits bank account

On the 1st September, I received an email notifying me of my "new" policy schedule with Auto & General. This already raised a red flag with me because my insurance premium jumped significantly. I immediately started looking around for new insurance. Since then we cancelled before the end of September, effective end september, our account was then debited at the end of September. Our new insurance was also debited, hence payed double insurance that month. I enquired re the debit order & was told it was in arrears and not in advanced like most insurance companies. Again, to my surprise our account gets debited (end October)! Our bank account was debited with no authorisation and no insurance cover in place. To me that is! II have spoken to Robyn Booysen this morning, if we do not get a refund by the end of the week I am opening a case of against FNB Insurance Brokers. What shocks me even more is that the amount of complaints regarding this. We are not the only ones. I will not be held resposbile for your admin issues. All calls are recorded, I suggest you go back and listen to them. I expect an answer asap and my money back into my bank account. not acceptable!
