Please see this as urgent. I phone avbob on the 4 September to cancel my policy as I have enough funeral policy at this moment of time. After phoning again to cancel the debit order. They advise me to go to the bank and get bank statement and go to the nearest branch which I did. On the 1 October I sign al the forms and handed it in at the branch. They told me about 10 working days I phone on the 8 October your consultants advise me that they only received the paper work on the 7 October and again I have to wait for 7 working days. After phoning again on the 14 October they said the money will be in my account on the 15 or 16 October the latest. No money yet they advise if this is not in on the 16 October I need to phone in again which once again I did now with a new story that the bank statement have been cutted of with my initials and surname as well as my account no. I asked please do phone the branch because I do not have copy's al was given in at the branch and it is not my mistake with rudeness they apply that I must sort it out otherwise it is not there mistake and your auditors need the papers. Really? Is this my concern as al the paper work is with your branch
