Surrender Policy

I enquired about surrendering my policy on 5 September 2013. I have enough funeral cover and because I am in financial difficulty I knew to make ends meet that surrendering the policy that this would be the best way of catching up after some unforeseen medical expenses. After going back and forth I received surrender forms. This was completed on 21 September at the Centurion AVBOB. It is now 7 October, I phone on a daily basis and still no payment, although I stated that this was very urgent everytime I called. I had to use money which I had to pay to my creditors for home and travelling. Now I have been blacklisted because of avbob and nobody wants to loan me money because of bad credit. I am still waiting for AVBOB to respond. And I am sitting with R50.00 for the month and can't get to work.
