Good day,

On 20 September 2013 I have sent an email to ABSA RETENTIONS DEPARTMENT [Email Removed] the necessary documents to cancel my policy. Until to day I have not receive my money. They said it does'nt show on their system. But on 14 October 2013 I phoned and they said they did received the email and will forward it.

How is it possible that it was not processed immediately and suddenly it is gone from the system. Now I have to wait another 20 days for my money.

ABSA (RETENTIONS DEPARTMENT) I am sorry I want my money by end of October 2013. No excuse of nothing on the system. I have resend the application today 28 October 2013 and I want the money by end of October 2013.
