Got my phone in July. Reported it wasn't working within 7 days of recieving it, call centre informed me that I had to bring it into the nearest cell c branch to hand in for repairs instead of replacing it as their policy states. I got my contract via the call centre as i am hardly ever in johannesburg. Tried to cancel contract end of October, was told i had to pay in R7000 for a phone which doesn't work and they refused to replace. Cell C contacted me and assured me technician would come pick up the phone. This happened, I repeat, end of October. It is now 8 December and the phone has still not been collected. I am paying for a contract which I haven't used and a phone which is sitting in my drawer as it does not work at all. Need my statement for proof of residence. Phoned call centre as they have every single detail incorrect (only knows how they entered my home address in Pretoria) including my title as "MR", asked to correct title to "MS". Just got my November statement (haven't been able to use phone or airtime since October), statement still says "MR". Most disgusting service i have ever recieved!
