I was involved in a car accident on the 9th of August and ever since then First for women has displayed their lack of interest in good customer service. On the day of the accident they took almost 2 hours to send a tow truck to the accident scene. They then proceeded to refuse to give me a rental car on the day, claiming that it was against policy. I had to wait 3 days before I could get one. THen they proceeded to take two weeks to approve my claim thereby delaying the repairs process. In that time none of their consultants bothered to give me a call to update me, everytime it had to be me who worries about what the progress is and what the reason for the delay was. Their approved panel beater has had my car now for 7 weeks, no-one contacts me to give me feedback on what's happening and whenever I call for the person who's supposed to be handling my claim I'm told that she's not in and will call me back but she never does. I am very disappointed in the way First for Women treats their customers. It is quite frankly pathetic service and requires immediate improvement!!!
