I complained about 2 weeks ago about the rubbish service i received for the ebucks team i received a response saying i would be contacted. i was however the lady did not help with anything. i am trying to convey that there is no work ethic, that whom ever takes my calls does not actually listen to what i am saying. i have complained about the fact that i received 10 different answers each time i phoned and that upon advice from the ebucks consultants etc i did what they said and yet i have no rewards etc. I am over trying to resolve this as fro some reason people think im trying to get something for nothing but in actual fact i am just trying to say that it is about principle and yes maybe i am just on customer as you have millions of others. i just think the service/help has been pathetic and if it wasnt such a mission i would move to another bank. you are in a service industry so give the service you offer. to who ever responds to my complaint please make sure if someone contacts me that it is someone in charge i am over speaking to ppl who want to say its my fault or my problem etc. how can we help you?! thats a laugh
