Pathetic service and waste of money and time!

My fathers place was burgled almost 5 days ago and the whole back door was broken! we called absa and they said they would send and assessor to come evaluate the damage. The assessor only pitches up 3 days after the burglary and now 2days later after the assessor was by us we are again waiting on absa for the approval and in this time of of waiting on the 5th day, those same criminals where back again! Lucky for us we where home, but who says we will be so lucky next time! This is pathetic service from absa!! We cant even put up a security gate cause we have no door and we cant put a door up cause we waiting on the insurance. So do u rather want someone to get hurt before u guys to get off your and sort out this matter! Its pathetic! We pay so much money for what??
