Can not get my rewards

I have R36 in Air Rewards as per SMS 14th Nov. But when I try to retrieve these on *130* 321# it tells me I have no Rewards. How ever when I check what rewards I have on *130*321# it tells me I have R36 Air rewards.
I have phoned Phone banking, ebucks and been into my Branch who have spent an hour and half trying to sort this out. I was assured this would be resolved, but am still waiting. If your reward program *130* AND *120* IS NOT WORKING TELL US.
