No Ebucks rewards as promised

I opened an fnb gold cheque account a little over a month ago. I did this purely on the basis that FNB rewards there customers with ebucks every time they swipe for fuel, airtime, purchases etc...
I noticed that after a month i had still received no ebucks. I went in to the kloof branch and spoke to the customer relations manager darryn. He looked on the system and told me the fault was not with fnb but with ebucks themself not having registered me.

Darryn then promised me that he would resolve the matter and get back to me... which he did. He had said they have resolved the problem and that the ebucks will be back payed for all purchases swipes etc...

To my amazement i had a look on my account this morning and have still received no ebucks to date.
Trying to reach darryn is like trying to to turn lead into gold. Its impossible. Now i have to yet again take time off of my day at work to go resolve thire issues because fnb staff are to incompetent to either do their job correctly or just to lazy to follow up with their clients.

Either way you would expect fnb to be taking better care clients especially new ones...

One thing is for sure i will not be recommending fnb to anyone
