Totally disgusted with ebucks attitude!!!

I phoned ebucks help line to find out why i was not receiving ebucks on money spent needless to say i was given a couple of answers 1) i was told i need to use the fuel terminal when i swipe my card not the instore one HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW WHICH TERMINAL IT IS WHEN THEY BRING IT TO ME! 2) second time i phoned i got put through to a floor manager who promptly told me i must drive around and swipe my card to see where it works 3) third time i phone i got told i had the wrong card. i received a new card in may however i stopped earning ebucks in february please explain that? i then got told to go to my branch as i demanded i get the ebucks due to me and that the branch will sort out my card and give me the ebucks. i go to the branch whom i must say were stars the explained there was nothing wrong with my card and they cannot have a say in what ebucks i receive as it is a total different branch all together. i would like ebucks to sort themselves out! the fact that each time i phoned i was given a different answer that didnt help or explain anything i am disgusted in the service! also ebucks said because i am a new client um sorry i have had my account with fnb for over 25 years!
