Hi, i am really saddened by how you guys handle our claims... iam angry infact.. WHY WOULD A CLAIM TAKE WEEKS? MAKES NO SENSE!! been to the Mabopane branch twice (helped by Cornie who was totatlly helpfull) and iam still waiting because they told me my claim is sent to the head office and the head office is obviously doing nothing about it... attend to this before i take it further
policy number 690095765298, the case that was opened is 2220623 and the follow up case is 23140... iam the beneficiary and i submitted what was requested... what is the hold up?
