WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER!!!

Insured with Mutual & Federal through FNB Insurance Brokers.
FNB INSURANCE BROKERS - Followed up on whether claim was received, I was referred to Mutual & Federal for processing. Gugulethu Nkosi dealing with my claim.
MUTUAL & FEDERAL - Followed up whether claim was received with Gugulethu. Confirmed, requested quotations for both replacement and repairs.
Obtained quotes (R 2000 difference between repair (R 5000) and replacement (R 7000)), submitted it to Gugulethu on same day claim was lodged.
Followed up again on status of claim. Gugulethu informed me that they would pay out repair amount. I queried this, as my warranty would no longer be valid and possible future claims could follow, requested replacement.
Gugulethu to follow up with Manager, to phone me back - NEVER DID!
Follow up after weekend. Gugulethu confirmed that Manager approved replacement rather than repairs, requested bank details to ensure payment on same day.
Followed up next day whether payment was made - Gugulethu informed me that FNB Insurance Brokers said only R2500 to be paid out of which R500 is excess. Very sorry, she made a mistake - A R 7000 MISTAKE!!!
Totally unacceptable, to cancel my insurance!!!
