Ripped Off

My Nephew M Bromage has been struggling to pay off his car for several years. The Interest, Arrears Interest and NCA charges have been astronomical. When the balance was R15214.39 I offered to pay this off and asked for a settlement balance but they preferred not to deal with me even though I have been managing his affairs for many years so I paid R15000.00 on 3rd September and they slapped on debit charges of R276.72 on the same day! Now they say I owe them R577.00 which must be paid before 12th October 2013. To my mind this is disgraceful and would like a refund and the charges reversed. I should not owe them anything.
