Old Mutual I need my money

I took an investment with old mutual last year for a five years, Policy number: 69668n090688334, reference number 1. (2183296) & reference number 2.( 2187831).

After a year, I ask on how my policy was doing, only to be told that my policy was canceled as they did not receive money on my account, I gave them the bank statement which reflected that money was received by old mutual, My query was submitted on the 5/ June/2013, to date no respond, Joceline Louber who is the manager responsible is clearly not interested in assisting me, the R45 000.00 I invested is very small for Old Mutual for me it is all I have. I will be going to speak out, and report the matter with FSB and consumer

Old mutual pride itself that is can resolve your query in three days, why is my case different, Deli Modishane from the branch has been so helpful, clearly the head office has no interets in resolving my query, I'm no longer interested in the investment all I want is my money and any interest that Old mutual made out of it. |
