Failure to finalize claim

On 2 Jan 2014 I submitted a claim on my Assupol Funeral Policy number AL130000000381726, after one of the insured persons passed away. Name of the deceased is Trapa Moagi, ID number 7207065733085.
Since submitting the claim, I have been told that they are still processing the claim, and I have submitted all the documents that Assupol required me to submit. I have made regular follow-ups, but to no avail.
I had a similar policy with Old Mutual, and they have long finalized and paid their claims. The deceased also had a policy with Avbob, and they have also paid. Why does Assupol have to take so long to finalize theirs?
