INSURANCE CLAIM UNSATISFACTORY

On the on the 8th October i made a claim to my insurer African independent on an accident i had a consultant by the name of Sibusiso Masompa helped me with the process of the claim till i was told by him that my vehicle was written off up to the day he said my claim was finalised and the financing company was paid, its been two month and my account is still been debited

when i phoned Zanele Nkosi she told me the claim was been paid and i should call Ford credit (the financing company) i did phone and was told it was not the case i went back to Zanele who transferred me to a consultant by the name of Riaad who told me it was not paid the reason that the settlement letter from the fiancee was was old

i have emailed Sibusiso and Zanele but could not get help

i dont have car and im still paying Ford Credit
