Claim incorrectly rejected

Claim from medical practitioner dated 4 July 2013. I have 4 months to claim. I first sent in claim on 23 October 2014 which was timeous. I have sent the claim to them in PNG, JPG, PDF and Word document format. They either claim the attachment wasn't attached, or they couldn't open it, or they couldn't read it. Everyone else can read any attachment I send, and FEDHEALTH have previously read my attachments, so I don't know why they suddenly claim to not be able to read my attachments now. I have submitted this claim MANY TIMES and still no joy. Between 23 October and today approximately 21 emails have been sent and they still refuse to pay the claim. They have stated that I wasn't an active member, that the patient was treated when the practice was not operative which is all nonsense. I cannot believe it takes so many emails and phone calls to sort out one little R400 claim. I am appalled at their inefficiency. They USED to BE good. What happened to service???
